Key Responsabilities
Work within the Governance, Risk & Compliance team.
Contribute to the definition of BC & DR strategy, policy, standards, and direction.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management, providing thought leadership to business stakeholders.
Support and coordinate all aspects of design, implementation, planning, testing, and governance of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Emergency Plans.
Ensure adequate training for business, IT teams, and involved third parties in BC, DR & ERP requirements, policies, and standards.
Develop and manage the BC, DR & ERP test schedule, participate in exercises, and contribute to postmortem analysis for continuous improvement.
Build, update, and complement business continuity metrics.
Support audit processes, assisting in analysis, documentation, and remediation actions in response to audit findings.
Operate as a Consultant to research/recommend changes to enhance, streamline, and automate business continuity procedures.
Provide guidance to less experienced staff, taking a proactive approach to mentor other members of the OSI team.

Requeriments
Knowledge of Information Security Governance and Compliance frameworks.
Knowledge of Business Continuity frameworks.
Fluent English proficiency (minimum B2, desirable C1).
Valuable advanced understanding of Information Security and Cybersecurity; certifications (e.g., CEH, OSCP, CISSP, CsX, CRISC, CISA, CISM, etc.) are a plus.
