DÍA A DÍA

• Assist senior designers, data analysts, product managers, and engineers throughout the product lifecycle—learning about problem definition, conceptualization, and launch processes.

• Collaborate with developers to understand how designs are implemented in the final product.

• Create basic UI elements and simple user flows that enhance the overall user experience, with guidance on handling complex data inputs and scenario creation.

• Develop wireframes and low to medium-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.

• Help maintain design systems and style guides, following established best practices for UX design.

• Learn to analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions that address both user needs and business goals.

• Support design projects by contributing to specific components or features under the guidance of senior designers.

• Assist in creating user-friendly interfaces for applications that manage data input and scenario creation.

• Seek mentorship from experienced team members while developing your design skills and UX collaboration abilities

BACKGROUND

· Educational background in design, HCI, visual communication, or related field.

· Experience with design tools like Figma.

· Basic understanding of design systems and component-based design approaches.

· Familiarity with Design Thinking concepts.

· Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Nice to have: knowledge of basic accessibility guidelines, user research methods and agile methogology.
